Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges Policy – Clothesmall

At Clothesmall, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges work.


Return & Replacement Process

Step 1:
If you receive an incorrect, expired, or damaged product, raise a return or replacement request within:

  • 7 days of delivery for incorrect or expired items.
  • 2 days of delivery for damaged or missing items.

We will review your request within 2 working days.

Step 3:
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

Step 4:
After the product is received and verified at our warehouse, we will initiate a replacement/exchange or refund, based on stock availability.


Replacement Delivery Timeline

  • After approval and successful pickup, replaced/exchanged orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery time may vary by location but typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch.

Eligible Return/Replacement Conditions

We accept returns or replacements if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product received
  • Product is physically damaged, tampered, or packaging is compromised
  • Items are missing from the shipment

Return/Replacement Not Accepted If

We do not accept returns or replacements if:

  • The product is used, opened, or altered
  • Original packaging (labels, mono cartons, etc.) is missing
  • Return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged or missing product is reported after 2 days

Return Processing

  • Pickup is arranged within 5–7 business days of request approval.
  • Item undergoes a quality check at our warehouse.
  • If approved, we’ll initiate a refund or dispatch a replacement.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled directly from the Order Details page in your My Account section.
  • Customers may cancel the order any time before the order is shipped.
  • Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” cancellation may not be possible, and the order will have to be returned after delivery under our standard return policy.

Refund Process

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Please provide your bank account details for the refund.

Refund Timelines

  • For canceled orders: Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
  • For returns: Refunds are processed after the product passes quality check.
  • The entire return and refund process typically takes 7–10 days from the date of pickup.

Partial Returns

Yes, you can return any eligible items within 7 days of delivery, even if they are part of a larger order.
